Artist in Residence
In 2023, Hotel Simone launched an Artist in Residence program in partnership with the local community arts center Glynn Visual Arts (GVA). GVA is the oldest arts organization in the area and serves more than 400 members. Their mission is to enrich the community by stimulating interest and participation in the visual arts. GVA provides St. Simons Island and the broader Golden Isles community with a center for creative expression, a source of art education, and a showcase for locally and nationally celebrated art and artists.
