If You Have Questions, We Have Answers

  • What times are check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 12pm.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 3 days before 4PM on day of arrival. Cancellations within the 3-day cancellation policy are subject to first night’s room and tax. No refunds. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 3-day cancellation period will be considered a cancellation.
  • What is your deposit policy?

  • A valid credit card is required at time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure the validity, however no deposit will be taken.
  • Are you an adults-only hotel?

  • Yes, we are an adults-only hotel. Adults with children 16+ are invited to stay.
  • Are all rooms suites?

  • Yes, all rooms have a living space with wet bar and separate sleeping space.
  • Is there daily breakfast?

  • Yes, we offer a European-style continental breakfast.
  •     Please note, we have temporarily suspended complimentary breakfast due to the impacts of COVID-19 until further notice. 
  • Do you offer in-room dining?

  • No, we do not offer room service.
  • Is there a bar or restaurant on your property?

  • We offer guests a poolside lounge with drink service and light fare, as well as a lobby lounge with drink service and light fare. We do not have a full dining menu available at either lounge.
    • Please note, we have temporarily suspended our food menu due to the impacts of COVID-19 until further notice. Beverages are still available for purchase and will be served using disposable containers.
  • What are the rooftop hours, and is it open to the public?

  • Drink service on the rooftop is available 11am–4pm seasonally and is reserved for hotel guests only. The pool is available for swimming until dusk.
    • Please note, we have temporarily suspended our food menu due to the impacts of COVID-19 until further notice. Beverages are still available for purchase and will be served using disposable containers. The swimming pool is currently closed but the rooftop is available for up to 10 guests at a time.
  • Are you pet friendly?

  • Yes, we love pets! Dogs are permitted at the hotel with a $100 fee per dog, two-dog maximum. Dogs must be under 50 lbs.
  • Do you allow smoking on property?

  • No, Hotel Simone is a non-smoking property. A $500 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property.
  • What does the beach valet service include?

  • Beach valet service is complimentary and includes two beach chairs and an umbrella. Advance notice is required for this service.
    • Please note, we have temporarily suspended beach valet service due to the impacts of COVID-19 until further notice. Chairs and umbrellas are available for check-out through the front desk pending local beach closure ordinances. 
  • Are town cart transportation services complimentary?

  • Yes, Hotel Simone offers guests transportation within a 1-mile radius from the hotel.
    • Please note, town cart shuttle transportation will only be available Tuesday - Saturday, 4 - 8 PM.
  • Do you have complimentary bicycles available?

  • Yes, the hotel offers complimentary beach cruisers to guests.
  • What is the closest airport?

  • The closest airports are McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport (private planes) and Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (commercial).
  • What is included in the amenity fee?

  • The amenity fee of 5% includes daily breakfast (temporarily suspended), beach chairs and umbrella setup (seasonal), use of fitness facility, wireless Internet, beach cruisers, shuttle service (1-mile radius), welcome beverage, bottled water, and dedicated concierge and pre-arrival services.
