  • What times are check-in and check-out?

  •  Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • It is important to us that you are able to make informed travel decisions, and that you have peace of mind anytime you choose to visit Hotel Simone. Please review our cancellation policy.
  • For a full refund, please cancel 72 hours before arrival date*
  • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

  • What are the guest services desk hours?

  • Our Guest Services desk is open daily from 7AM-10PM.

  • I plan to arrive after 10pm. How do I Check In?

  • For after-hour arrivals, please contact Guest Services before 10PM via telephone (912) 357- 5500 or email at info@hotelsimonessi.com to obtain your check-in instructions.

  • What is your deposit policy?

  • A valid credit card is required at time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure the validity, however no deposit will be taken.

  • Are all rooms suites?

  • Yes, all rooms have a living space with wet bar and separate sleeping space. We offer 24 suites and 1 standard guest room.

  • Do you offer in-room dining?

  • No, we do not offer room service.

    • Are you pet friendly?

    • Yes, we love pets! Dogs are permitted at the hotel with a $120 fee per dog, two-dog maximum. 

    • Do you allow smoking on property?

    • No, Hotel Simone is a non-smoking property. A $500 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property.

    • Do you have complimentary bicycles available?

    • Yes, the hotel offers complimentary beach cruisers to guests for a 3-hour rental period.

    • What is the closest airport?

    • The closest airports are McKinnon St. Simons Island Airport (private planes) and Brunswick Golden Isles Airport (commercial). The nearest major airports are in Jacksonville, Florida, and Savannah, Georgia, both located an hour away.

    • What is included in the amenity fee?

    • The amenity fee of $25.00 includes:
    • Fitness Center with Weights and Cardio Equipment
    • Complimentary On-Site Parking
    • Complimentary Beach Bicycles
    • Complimentary WIFI
