During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments. 

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.

Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:

We will be reaching out prior to arrival to ensure all guest travel needs and requests may be met while also providing any updated information regarding their stay.

The following services will be unavailable or altered until further notice to reduce guest interaction and allow for sanitization between uses:

  • Food including complimentary breakfast and our all-day menu will be unavailable, however our lobby lounge will be serving drinks between 1 PM - 10 PM.
  • Daily housekeeping services are suspended. Amenity and linen replenishment can be coordinated through the front desk and delivered outside of the guest room. 
  • Swimming pool access is open with the expectations of proper social distancing measures.
  • Shuttle service will be available 4 PM-9 PM, chairs and umbrellas may be checked-out from dawn to dusk through the front desk.
  • Fitness center usage and bicycle cruisers will be available by key checkout.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed into the lobby that has been set up to maintain social distancing including paperless registration. There will be a sanitizing station available and “Passing protocols” will be followed to deliver guest room keys and hotel information.

Lobby and Public Areas
Guests can expect to see heightened cleaning practices in our most highly frequented areas, including frequent rotations of sanitizing hard surfaces, door handles, and elevator call buttons. Signs will be available with location-specific information throughout all of our public areas.

Guest Rooms
Within each of our guest rooms, our housekeeping crew will be extending their time spent thoroughly sanitizing all areas with special attention to detail on high-touch items like remote controls, thermostats, alarm clocks, and phones. Non-essential items will be removed temporarily and replaced by guest requests such as: reading material, decorative pillows and throws, and other multi-use fabric or paper goods. These deep cleans will occur 24 hours after a check out, ensuring ample unoccupied time between guests to mitigate the spread of germs.

Checkout will be available over the phone to reduce congestion at the front desk, with emailed receipts and a touchless key drop off.
